Kerala is witnessing an unprecedented surge in electric vehicle adoption. With over 50,000 new EVs registered in the state in the last two years alone, the demand for reliable, affordable charging infrastructure has never been higher.
Flash Charge, a venture by Automation Gallery Pvt Ltd, was founded with a single mission: make EV charging as easy as filling up a petrol tank. We've been building towards a network of 1,000+ charging stations across all 14 districts of Kerala, strategically placed at high-traffic locations, highways, shopping centres, and business parks.
The Technology Behind Flash Charge
Our charging stations are built on an IoT backbone that enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and remote diagnostics. This means less downtime and more reliable charging for our customers.
Each station supports multiple connector types — CCS2, CHAdeMO, and Type 2 AC — ensuring compatibility with every EV on Kerala's roads, from the Tata Nexon to the Hyundai Ioniq.
Renewable Energy Integration
One of our key differentiators is our commitment to green energy. Several of our stations are equipped with solar panels and battery storage systems, allowing them to operate partially or fully off-grid. This not only reduces our carbon footprint but also ensures uptime even during power outages.
What's Next
We're partnering with TechEra Solutions, a UAE-based leader in sustainable energy, to bring Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and mobile EV charging solutions to Kerala. This partnership will help us reach remote areas that are currently underserved by the grid.
